Regulations on the International Relations Department
The Department of International Relations is a structural subdivision of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov.
The International Relations Department is called upon to:
- to expand and strengthen international relations of the Aviation Institute,
- to develop international activities of the university,
- Develop plans for the institution's foreign policy.
Activities:
- organization of training of foreign citizens at the Aviation Institute,
- organization of training, internships of students and employees of the Aviation Institute in foreign scientific educational and other institutions,
- coordination of the Aviainstitute's activities with foreign universities and organizations,
- implementation of international projects and programs,
- organization and strengthening of ties between graduates of the Aviation Institute and universities of far and near abroad.

25.10.2018 - Director of the Institute U.E. Kurmanov in Istanbul discussed cooperation with the Civil Aviation Academy of Turkey.
10.06.2019 - A Memorandum of International Cooperation and Exchange between Kyungwoon University (South Korea) was signed.
15.06.2019 - Memorandum of cooperation in the field of training specialists with JSC "Academy of Civil Aviation" (Kazakhstan) was signed.
18.06.2019 - Memorandum of Cooperation with Tajik Technical University signed.
21.01.2021 - signed an Agreement on international cooperation with the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation (Russia).
14.04.2021 - Director of the Institute was awarded a letter of thanks from Komsomolsk-on-Amur State University (Russia).
19.04.2021 - a Cooperation Agreement was signed with the Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation named after Ulyanovsk. Chief Marshal of Aviation B. P. Bugayev (Russia). P. Bugayev Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation (Russia).
23.04.2021 - signed a cooperation agreement with "StudyOne" LLC (Uzbekistan).
25.05.2021 - meeting with the delegation of the Siberian Federal University (Russia).
26.05.2021 - Agreement on cooperation with the Belarusian State Academy of Aviation was signed.
5.10 - Agreement on cooperation with Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Korolev was agreed upon.
11.11 - Agreement on cooperation with "Aviator Training Center" was agreed upon.
23.11 - Cooperation agreement was signed with D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University. D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.
07.12 - Director of the Institute was awarded a letter of thanks from the Siberian Federal University.
