On 6 December 2021 a delegation from Siberian Federal University, represented by Vice‑Rector for Academic Affairs Denis Sergeevich Guts, Head of the Department of Pre‑University Training and New Admissions Andrey Vladimirovich Luchenkov, and Director of Career Guidance for SFU in Kyrgyzstan Zhyrgalbek Abdybekovich Usupbaev, visited the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov.

Meeting

Denis Sergeevich spoke about the tasks and areas of cooperation between the universities and presented a letter of appreciation to the Institute's director, Ulan Esembekovich Kurmanov. Andrey Vladimirovich stated that graduates will be able to choose not only existing programmes, and the institute may also propose to develop specialised programmes. He also proposed organising off‑site festivals. During the meeting, plans were outlined for organising professional development for teaching staff, student exchanges, and for conducting distance courses and assessments.
