Purpose of the Strategy
The purpose of the Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov for 2025-2030 (hereinafter - the Strategy) - Creation of an internationally recognized higher education institution for training aviation specialists for the successful development of the civil aviation industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Objectives of the Strategy
- 1Providing accessible and quality higher and postgraduate education that meets international requirements.
- 2Expansion of international relations of the Aviation Institute - academic mobility,
- 3Improving the quality of training,
- 4Development of innovative learning technologies,
- 5Development of the personnel potential of the Aviation Institute and creation of a system of continuous professional development,
- 6Training of specialized instructors with ICAO, EASA and IATA certificates.
- 7Opening of a certified aviation English center.
- 8Creation of an effective system of employment of graduates and their professional development,
- 9Expanding the scope of research and innovation involving learners,
- 10Implementation of systematic comprehensive modernization and development of infrastructure facilities of the Aviation Institute (further reconstruction of training buildings, canteen and their equipping with modern technology and equipment to ensure full-fledged conditions for personnel training);.
- 11Renewal and expansion of the existing fleet of aircraft;
- 12Development of the system of educational work contributing to spiritual and moral, civil and patriotic, legal, labor and environmental education of students.
