The Department of Dual Training (Practice) and Flight Operations of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdrayimov is a structural subdivision of the Aviation Institute responsible for planning, organising, supporting, monitoring and analysing the results of all forms of workplace training and for coordinating the organisation of students' flight practice in accordance with state educational programmes.
The Department interacts with all structural subdivisions of the Aviation Institute and reports directly to the Deputy Director for Dual Training and Industry Relations.
Aims and objectives of the Department:
- 1Ensure a high level of practical and flight training of students based on close integration of theoretical and practical components of education, as well as the implementation of the dual education model into the educational process.
- 2Organisation and oversight of educational, industrial and qualification practice as workplace training;
- 3Development and support of dual training programmes in cooperation with employers
- 4Coordination of the organisation of flight practice in accordance with educational programmes;
- 5Creation and maintenance of a partner base for workplace practice;
- 6Monitoring and analysis of the implementation of practice, dual training and flight operations, with preparation of reports;
- 7Ensuring that all educational and flight processes comply with safety regulations, quality standards and industry requirements.
