On 22 November 2021, the Director of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, Ulan Esembeckovich Kurmanov, and the Chairman of the Board–Rector of the East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev, Zhasulan Kudaybergenovich Shaymardanov, signed a cooperation agreement during a meeting at the forum of university rectors of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

About the event

The forum “Transformation of Modern Higher Education: Key Trends and Trajectories of Integration” is aimed at discussing the idea of creating a unified Central Asian educational space, developing Kyrgyz–Kazakh cooperation in personnel training, academic mobility of students and teachers, and implementing research projects.

The forum is attended by a delegation of rectors from higher and postgraduate education institutions of Kazakhstan.
