Goals of educational work in the Aviation Institute:
- development of the student's personality adapted to social life in the society,
- education of a competitive specialist, able to make a decision under conditions of choice, possessing a set of skills;
- Education of a citizen, patriot of his country, who realizes his responsibility to the country and society.
Directions of educational work:
- creating conditions for the formation of a humanistic worldview and a system of personal value orientations;
- formation of professional orientation of educational activity;
- formation of moral, civil and communicative competence of students;
- Developing student-faculty collaboration;
- organization of students' leisure time.
Educational work with students is carried out in accordance with the Concept of educational work, work plan, which is based on:

- environmental and labor education;
- prevention of delinquency, combating crime;
