On 22 September 2021, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Садыр Нургожоевич Жапаров, presented the state award — the medal «Даңк» — to Rahimbek Dairovich Dairov, a veteran of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, lecturer and chief specialist of the editorial and publishing department.

The President thanked doctors, teachers, coaches, human rights defenders and representatives of other fields for their significant contribution to the development of the country’s socio-economic and intellectual potential, for major achievements in professional activity, for many years of fruitful work, and for active participation in the drafting of the Constitution.

On 31 August 2021 the President signed the Decree "On awarding state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic".
