Management
Educational activity
Each year the teaching staff review and update methodological materials, tests, practical assignments and lectures for students. A modular-rating system of student assessment has been introduced into the educational process. Questions, examination tickets and tests of various difficulty levels are developed for this purpose.

Awards
The commission includes teachers with extensive experience in educational institutions, state bodies and civil aviation organisations. Many teachers have state awards and honorary titles.
In 2020 Imatov E. T. was awarded a Certificate for 1st place in the category “Best online seminar session”, and Sadamkulova K. I. received 2nd place in the category “Best presentation” in the Institute’s competition “Best multimedia materials in education”.
Professional development
To improve professional competence and to update core English teaching methodology, commission teachers attend courses at specialised schools such as “Maximum English” and others.
