Career and Employment Center and Youth Policy

The Center for Career and Employment and Youth Policy is a structural subdivision of KAI.

The Career and Employment and Youth Policy Center organizes its activities based on the work plan of the Training Department.

• The Center is directly subordinate to the Deputy Director for Educational Work of KAI.

Objectives:

• - increasing the practical orientation of KAI specialists training by organizing and conducting all types of practices in accordance with the curriculum,
• - Collaboration with government organizations on internship issues,
• - management of the system of temporary employment of students, promotion of employment and adaptation of graduates to the labor market of the KR, based on the real demand,
• - training in job search technology in market conditions,
• - organization of direct contacts with employers, development and implementation of special events to attract direct employers,
• - consultations on labor issues contributing to the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market,
• - collection and generalization of information on the results of employment and general employment of graduates.
