Nazarov Ivan Serafimovich (10.9.1927 - 1997) — the first head of the Frunze Aviation Technical School of Civil Aviation, Honoured Teacher of the Kyrgyz SSR, Honoured Worker of Transport of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Early life
Ivan Serafimovich was born in the village of Staëvo, Michurinsky District, Tambov Oblast.
Education
11949–1953 — Voronezh Aviation Technical School named after V. Chkalov.
21955–1959 — Voronezh Higher Party School.
Career
11944 — seaman of the Black Sea Shipping Company, Odessa.
21950 — full-time secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Voronezh Aviation Technical School.
31953 — secretary of the Komsomol committee of plant p/o 18, Zaporizhzhia.
41959 — deputy commander for political affairs of the Syktyvkar separate aviation group of the Civil Air Fleet, Vorkuta.
51960 — head of the political department of the Syktyvkar separate aviation group of the Civil Air Fleet, Syktyvkar.
61966–1970 — deputy head of the political department of the Turkmen Civil Aviation Administration, Ashgabat.
71970 — head of the department for political and educational work of the Kyrgyz Civil Aviation Administration.
83.10.1973 – 7.2.1987 — head of the Frunze Aviation Technical School of Civil Aviation.
