Requirements

• 1Bachelor's degree in a related field (aviation, education, psychology, etc.);
• 2Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Russian;
• 3Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• 4Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills;
• 5Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred qualifications

• 1Work experience and/or studies in the aviation field;
• 2Knowledge of Kyrgyz civil aviation regulations and aviation personnel training requirements.

Responsibilities

• 1Assist in the development of training materials including presentations, handouts, and online training modules;
• 2Conduct training programs for flight crew members and flight dispatchers, including classroom and simulator training;
• 3Participate in the evaluation of training programs, including collecting feedback from students and conducting evaluations;
• 4Work with the Crew Training Manager to ensure all training programs are up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• 5Monitor and maintain crew training records and ensure accuracy (licenses, medical certificates, validations, flight checks, simulator checks, etc.).
