Hygiene recommendations
Observe hand hygiene. Wash your hands frequently with soap and clean water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or a handkerchief. Disinfect surfaces and objects that you frequently touch.
Avoid close contact with people who have cold or flu symptoms.
Wear a mask when you are in the presence of other people.
If you experience fever, cough or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately. The earlier you seek help, the sooner you will be referred to the appropriate doctor. This will protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.
