On World Science Day, 10–11 November 2021, the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov will host the II International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Safe use of unmanned aerial systems in civil applications. Training of teaching staff and legal issues”.

About the conference

The conference will be held within the framework of the Coordination Council of the Interstate Aviation Committee and the Coordination Commission on Aeronavigation of the IAC. The event is organised under the aegis of the Interstate Aviation Committee and with the support of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the MTC of the KR.

Programme

The conference programme includes presentations on the classification of unmanned aerial systems and ways to integrate them, legal regulation, training of aviation personnel, experience in preparing specialists for UAS operation, and the development of joint educational programmes.

The Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, under the aegis of the Interstate Aviation Committee and the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Institute of Air and Space Law "AeroHelp" (Saint Petersburg), organised the I International Scientific and Practical Conference on "Use of unmanned aerial vehicles for civil purposes" in 2019.
