Organization of the educational process
Dear parents and students,
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to operate online for ten months.
During this period the institute's administration and academic staff made every effort to organise a full educational process. Lessons were held online using distance learning technologies, the AVN information system, the ZOOM platform, Google Classroom, Google Meet, as well as Telegram, WhatsApp and e-mail.
Financial and organisational measures
In order for work to continue in full volume, we must fulfil our obligations under the contract concluded with each teacher.
Our analysis has shown that distance learning does not reduce the workload on teachers, and therefore their salaries.
Fulfilling our social obligations to employees, since the transition to online work we have been timely paying salaries, vacation pay, social fund contributions and taxes, utility bills; and to prevent the audit facilities and heating systems from going out of service, we have maintained heating in our academic buildings.
We are also carrying out work to further improve infrastructure and material and technical facilities: repairs in the dormitory, large barrack rooms have been divided into comfortable 4-person rooms. Some classrooms have been fully renovated and cosmetic repairs have been carried out in the academic buildings.
To improve distance learning, 25 desktop computers, 3 laptops and peripheral office equipment have been purchased.
Due to the heavy load on the Institute's educational portal, the server capacity, portal volume and Internet traffic have been increased.
As you understand, all these works require financial costs.
Payments and deadlines
Improving the material and technical base and maintaining the full range of obligations in an operational state primarily depends on timely payment of tuition fees on your part.
Appeal from the administration
The administration and academic staff of the institute appeal to all students with a persuasive request to make the payment for the second half of the 2020–2021 academic year.
