In order to implement the decision of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic on preventing the importation and spread of coronavirus on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 14 March 2020 and Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 282/2 dated 14 March 2020 “On the establishment of premature holidays in educational organisations of the Kyrgyz Republic”, the institute management, to implement the adopted decisions, has organised full-distance learning during the premature holidays via the AVN educational portal, Skype, e-mail and the WhatsApp messenger.

Access to the portal

At present, access to the AVN educational portal has been opened for all teachers and students.

The Academic Office has prepared an instruction for teachers and students on the rules for working and studying through the educational portal.

Communication arrangements

WhatsApp groups have been created by disciplines, groups of class representatives, groups of curators and administrative groups.

The Academic Office and curators maintain constant communication with teachers, students and parents.

Please actively use all available means of communication.

Educational process

The educational process continues in distance mode; timetables will be posted weekly on the institute website and distributed by e-mail and messengers.
