Asman Airlines is recruiting crews for subsequent retraining on the BC Dash 8 Q400 type.

Aircraft commanders (PIC)

Minimum qualification requirements:

• 1A valid CAA KR air transport pilot certificate or recognition of a foreign air transport pilot certificate with aircraft type approval;
• 2For foreign pilots, two letters of recommendation must be provided, one of which must be from a previous employer;
• 3Local/foreign pilots must not have a record of dismissal for disciplinary violations;
• 4A total flight time of at least 3,000 hours;
• 5Minimum flight time as a PIC – 1,000 hours, or at least 1 year as a PIC, depending on the situation;
• 6No more than 1 year after the last flight;
• 7Maximum permissible age – 60 years, minimum permissible age – 30 years;
• 8Not liable for military service;
• 9Proficiency in English (in accordance with the CAA KR requirement – ICAO level 4);
• 10Negative test result for psychoactive substances, in accordance with ICAO requirements;
• 11Good character, no criminal record (certificate of no criminal record), successful completion of the Asman Airlines simulator test;
• 12Successful completion of familiarization and induction into company procedures, prior to commencing flights as a captain;
• 13Be competent to perform duties, in accordance with the Asman Airlines Flight Operations Manual;

Co-pilot

Minimum qualifications:

• 1Valid Commercial Pilot License;
• 2For foreign pilots, two letters of recommendation must be provided, one of which must be from a previous employer;
• 3Local/foreign pilots must not have a record of dismissal due to disciplinary violations;
• 4Not liable for military service;
• 5Possession of a diploma of specialized (or higher) aviation education;
• 6Good command of English (passing a language proficiency assessment before being assigned to perform duties, the minimum language level in accordance with the requirement of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Kyrgyz Republic is ICAO Level 4);
• 7Minimum - 500 hours of total flight time, depending on the type of aircraft on which the co-pilot has previous experience (at the discretion of the management of Asman Airlines LLC);
• 8No criminal record, good reputation.
