Veteran of civil aviation Tleukhor Boshumova and the leadership of the Issyk-Kul (I. Abdrayimov) Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, as well as other veterans, took part in the opening of the newly modernised airport, which was held in the city of Talas with the participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Reconstruction and progress

The reconstruction project of Talas Airport was successfully implemented thanks to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the joint efforts of the Cabinet of Ministers and Manas International Airport. Over the course of a year, the aerodrome was restored to meet international standards.
