On 29 April 2026, at the initiative of the Transport Prosecutor's Office, a career-guidance excursion was held for pupils in grades 6–11 of the "Altyn Uya" House of Mercy in the village of Novopokrovka, Chüy Region, to the I. Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute.

Visit programme

During the visit, the institute's leadership and academic staff organised an orientation tour of the educational buildings for the pupils. The children became acquainted with the features of the educational process, saw models of aircraft, learned about the history of aviation, and visited the institute's museum and exhibitions of aviation equipment.

The excursion took place in an interactive format: the pupils actively asked questions and received detailed answers from the institute's specialists.

Patriotic education

Special attention in the programme was paid to patriotic education. Participants took part in an event dedicated to the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The pupils honoured the memory of the heroes of Kyrgyz aviation, laid flowers at memorial sites, and attended the ceremonial event organised by the institute's students.

Gifts

At the end of the visit, the children were presented with commemorative gifts — books containing works by the distinguished Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov, intended to introduce the younger generation to the national cultural heritage and spiritual values.
