By the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On awarding state honours of the Kyrgyz Republic", for a significant contribution to the development of the socio-economic, intellectual and cultural potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, major achievements in professional activity, and in connection with the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic, Rakhimbek Dairov — a veteran, former head of the I. Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation College, lecturer and chief specialist of the institute's editorial and publishing department — was awarded the "Dank" medal.

On 1 September, at a meeting of the heads of divisions of the I. Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, director Ulan Esembekovich Kurmanov congratulated Rakhimbek Dairovich on being awarded this high state honour.

Biography

The veteran told colleagues that in 1980 the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan sent him to work at the Frunze Aviation Technical School of Civil Aviation, and he worked there for 41 years.

Congratulatory remarks

He thanked his colleagues at the educational institution for the award, noting that "This is the merit of the collective and of Ulan Esembekovich."

The head of the institute's academic administration, Manapbaev Erkin Ramatillaevich, and the head of the flight specialties department, Alaev Shavket Nurmukhamedovich, delivered official congratulations. Graduate Shavket Nurmukhamedovich said that thanks to generations of teachers like Rakhimbek Dairovich he received an excellent education.
