Within the framework of the Presidential Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic by Sadyr Japarov "On measures to develop the creative economy and create conditions for the progressive development of the Kyrgyz Republic", on 1 September 2022, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov, with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Beyshenaliyev and the rectors of 31 universities, a simultaneous online launch of student business incubators took place.
