Seminar topics

The seminar aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the basic legal principles governing international civil aviation. This includes an examination of the fundamental conventions and agreements, the role of the Chicago Convention and ICAO, policies to liberalise aviation safety and air transport such as the Montreal Conventions.
