9 October 2025 - The Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov hosted a thematic event as part of World Space Week. — Students took part in contests, presentations and a quiz aimed at popularising the science of space.

About the event

The event was organised to raise young people’s interest in the history of space exploration, modern space technologies and questions of international space law. The event was attended by students from various years and lecturers of the Institute.

Winners

Particular attention was drawn to the presentations of students of group VDo-1-25 – Abykeeva Ademi and Tolonbaev Beksultan, who became the winners of drawing competitions and scientific reports on the theme “Life in Space”. The students presented original presentations in which they spoke about the prospects of space exploration and life beyond Earth.
