On 23 April, at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, a meeting was held between group tutors and juvenile affairs inspectors of the Leninsky district. During the discussion, the inspectors presented statistics on offences in the city and proposed strengthening prevention efforts by tutors and parents. The deputy head of the investigative department of the Leninsky Department of Internal Affairs, Orozaliev R.T., reported an increase in crimes via social networks, particularly among adolescents. The meeting was organised to improve the effectiveness of work to prevent offences and to create a safe environment for the institute's students.
