Community clean-ups and greening — since 11 March, as part of a two-month campaign to green, sanitise and improve the city, the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov has held weekly community clean-ups.

Activities

Staff and students cleared litter, swept pathways and improved green areas on T. Frunze, Kuzbasskaya and Chernomorskaya streets, as well as on the section of T. Frunze up to the Coca Cola plant.

Planting

There was also active planting of fruit and non-fruit trees, coniferous plants and flowers.
