Ludmila Kostina — recipient of the Presidential Scholarship — A 4th-year student of the Civil Aviation Department of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, Ludmila Kostina was awarded the Presidential Scholarship for the 2023–2024 academic year for special achievements in studies, scientific, creative and social life of the Institute.
