Condolences
On 25 October 2021, senior lecturer of the Department of LTE VS and OUTS, a veteran of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic, aircraft commander and first-class pilot Borisiyuk Vasily Parfenovich passed away suddenly.
Career and contribution
Vasily Parfenovich devoted his entire life to the development of civil aviation and logged over 20,000 hours as a pilot. He made a significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector. He proposed and implemented a new technology for treating agricultural crops using AN-2 aircraft.

For 15 years Borisiyuk V. P. was associated with our educational institution and trained several dozen pilots—our graduates.
