On 16 June 2023 an extraordinary enlarged meeting of the Flight Methodology Council was held at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov.
Proceedings
The meeting was attended by the institute's academic staff, representatives of airlines and aviation training centres, those responsible for the safety management system, as well as specialists from flight services. Representatives of the investigation team from the Interstate Aviation Committee provided the final report on the aviation occurrence involving aircraft EX-77019 of the Aviation Training Centre LLC "Bishkek Wings".

Meeting conclusions
During the meeting participants discussed the investigation results and concluded on the need for a thorough study and consideration of the commission's recommendations following the investigation. The necessity to introduce corresponding changes and additions into the educational process and governing documentation, as well as to carry out a number of measures aimed at ensuring flight safety, was identified.
