Organisational details
After the ceremonial opening, first-year students during a general meeting in the large assembly hall learned about the institute's daily routine. Group tutors showed students the locations of academic buildings, the library and administrative units on the institute grounds and held the first session in the classrooms.
Specialist lecturer Zamira Madanbekovna Nurkulova explained that today the tutors' hour for first-year students was dedicated to the history of civil aviation development in Kyrgyzstan, the history of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, the biography of the first Kyrgyz aviator Ishembay Abdraimov, familiarisation with the institute's features, daily schedule and the requirements for students' uniform.
Director Kurmanov U. E. and the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Sadovskaya O. A. visited students' classes to discuss their questions and inform them about changes that occurred during the remote learning period and how the educational process will be organised now. Parents of first-year students saw how the first day of study begins at the institute, as well as the buildings and classrooms where students will study.
