On 30 March 2026, third-year students of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov undertook practical training at the Bishkek Wings training centre — the sessions were organised as workplace training for the course “Aircraft Structure and Flight Operations (SEP, MEP)” under the guidance of lecturer Sh.N. Alayev.

Practical session

During the practical part, students familiarised themselves with the centre's material and technical base, including light aircraft such as the Czech-built Bristell, and an FNPT II-class flight simulator for the Diamond DA42 NG aircraft.

About the centre

It should be noted that the Bishkek Wings aviation training centre is the first and only specialised institution in Kyrgyzstan providing flight practice and preparing future civil aviation pilots.

Outcomes
The practical sessions enabled students to consolidate theoretical knowledge and acquire important professional skills in conditions closely approximating real aviation operations.
