On 3 March 2026, third-year students of the I. Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, enrolled in the "Technical Operation of Aircraft and Engines" programme, took part in a practical on-the-job training session for the discipline "Production and Repair of Aircraft and Engines".

Training venue

The session took place at the production base of the airline «Aviatraffic», where students familiarised themselves with the real operating conditions of an aviation enterprise, the organisation of production processes and the maintenance system for aviation equipment.

Instructors

The practical session was conducted by lecturer Panin Aleksey Viktorovich. From the airline, mentor Zukhariyev Ruslan Ayubovich participated, who described the specifics of production activities in detail, demonstrated the key stages of technical maintenance and aircraft repair, and answered students’ questions.

Results
Training within an active aviation enterprise enables future specialists to consolidate theoretical knowledge, become acquainted with modern technologies and gain valuable professional experience. This form of cooperation with industry contributes to the preparation of competitive personnel and strengthens the institute’s collaboration with enterprises in the aviation sector.
