On 14 and 19 November 2019, L.I. Bobrenko, a specialist at the Centre for Medical and Psychological Assistance to Minors at the Republican Narcology Department of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic — delivered an overview lecture for students of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov on the topic “Psychoactive substances and their effects on the human body”.
