Director's address
On the eve of the new year, I sincerely thank the academic staff and student groups for the work done, for their understanding, support and the aspiration to reach new heights!
The outgoing year 2020 was quite difficult for all of us. The COVID-19 pandemic changed many aspects of our lives; we all faced the resolution of complex life situations.
We fought through difficulties and met hardships, but despite this, feeling each other’s support, we always emerged victorious. We supported one another not only in words but in deeds, helping with actions and advice. Our cohesive, friendly team has long become a single whole. During this difficult period you, dear colleagues, demonstrated unity, professionalism and resilience. By your attitude you showed that our team can overcome any difficulties regardless of obstacles.
Despite all difficulties, we switched to distance learning, successfully conducted modules, examination sessions and state exams. The pandemic did not hinder the Institute’s scientific and cultural activities. Work in this area continued uninterrupted: conferences, meetings, sessions, and all planned cultural events were held online.
