Head of the International Relations Department of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, Tilek Baktybekovich Baktybekov, successfully completed his final examinations and received a higher education diploma from the Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation named after Chief Marshal of Aviation B. P. Bugayev.

Qualification

By the decision of the State Examination Commission, Baktybekov T. B. was awarded the qualification Bachelor 25.03.04 «Airport operations and aircraft flight support».

Cooperation

Previously, institutional and scientific ties between the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute and the Ulyanovsk Institute of Civil Aviation were supported by a Cooperation Agreement and by the participation of the Institute Director Kurmanov U. E. in the international scientific conference "Civil Aviation: 21st Century" organized by the aviation university in Ulyanovsk; now they are further strengthened by friendly relations between students and faculty.
