About Mikhail Petrovich
On behalf of the staff of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, and personally, we express our sincere condolences on the sudden passing of Mikhail Petrovich Tvorogov — Honoured Worker of Transport of Russia, a leading specialist in the operation of aircraft and the training of aviation specialists, an educator and populariser of civil aviation.
His passing is an irreparable loss for all relatives and loved ones, friends, colleagues and students.
Mikhail Petrovich was a good friend of our educational institution for more than 25 years, assisting the Kyrgyz Republic in implementing and carrying out plans for the graduation of aviation specialists.
Heading the corresponding direction in the IAC’s work, he actively contributed to the development of professional and friendly relations between many countries.
He organised several dozen significant international events within the framework of harmonising aviation personnel training programmes, the results of which were reflected in many acts and documents of the participating countries.
Remembrance
We bid farewell to Mikhail Petrovich, but we will never forget his good deeds.
