On 3–4 April 2025, to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS) in Aviation: Modern Approaches and Practical Implementation” — Dmitry Anatolyevich Chinakhov, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Aircraft of Novosibirsk State Technical University (Novosibirsk, Russian Federation), arrived at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov.

Cooperation and outcomes

On 4 April 2025, on the sidelines of the conference, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute and Novosibirsk State Technical University. Priorities for cooperation were identified and an implementation roadmap was drawn up. Under the agreement, arrangements were reached for the joint delivery of educational programmes, including double-degree programmes, as well as for scientific cooperation in the fields of aviation and astronautics.
