On 15 December 2021, for students of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute, Doctor of Technical Sciences and Chief Designer of the Scientific and Technical Centre for Air Traffic Organisation at AO "VNIIRA", Aleksandr Petrovich Plyasovskikh delivered a guest lecture entitled "Modern and prospective aviation surveillance systems".
About the lecture
Delivered via videoconference, the lecturer from Saint Petersburg described operational and developing systems for air traffic controllers, in particular aviation radars and simulators.
The guest lecture by Aleksandr Petrovich is the result of strengthened academic cooperation, the foundation of which was laid during the II International Scientific and Practical Conference “Safe use of unmanned aerial systems in civilian applications: training of teaching staff and legal issues”. At the conference he presented a paper titled "Automation of monitoring air traffic safety in a unified airspace during UAS flights".
