About the conference
Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdrayimov is holding an international scientific-practical conference “A New Approach of Modern Society at the Stage of Reboot and Global Transformations in the Field of Science and Education” from 25 May to 4 June 2022 at the G. Aitiev Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts. The conference is held in the context of implementing the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic S.N. Japarov “On the spiritual and moral development and physical education of the individual”, and is also dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the former teacher of the Aviation Institute and one of the best photographic artists of Kyrgyzstan V.S. Parkhomenko, who worked for more than 40 years at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdrayimov as a physical education teacher. “Excellence in Education of the Kyrgyz Republic”, “Excellence of Aeroflot of the USSR”, author of many methodological developments and practical recommendations for flight personnel of civil aviation and other categories of industry workers. V.S. Parkhomenko’s second profession became photojournalism. Author of many thousands of photographic works, for many years he was a freelance photo correspondent for leading Kyrgyz and international publications such as “Slovo Kyrgyzstana”, “Vecherniy Bishkek”, “Moskovsky Komsomolets”, “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” and others. The conference programme consists of sections: the work of the conference is organised in three areas: technical, humanitarian and natural sciences. Leaders and representatives of state bodies, students, master’s students, postgraduates and young researchers, as well as representatives of civil aviation and specialists in physical culture and sports, are invited to participate in the conference.
