As part of preparations for the new academic year, a number of repair works are being carried out at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov to renovate and modernise premises and classrooms.

Repair works

• 1In the sports complex, the floor coverings on the volleyball and basketball courts are being replaced, and the lower part of the football pitch netting is being partially renewed.
• 2In the main academic building, on the fifth floor, a major overhaul of rooms totalling 500m2 is underway: replacement of all windows and doors, laying of new linoleum in the classrooms, and installation of new electrical wiring and lighting.
• 3Works are also being carried out on the central stairwell, which include plastering and painting of walls and ceilings, and welding repairs of the stair railings.
• 4The student dormitory is also ready for the new academic year: routine cosmetic repairs have been carried out, including painting of walls and ceilings, etc.
