On 24–25 November 2021, the Commander of the Boeing 777 aircraft of Azur Air, Maksim Vasilievich Vasyanin, delivered a guest lecture titled "Introduction to the Profession" to first- to third-year students of the Faculty of Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute.

The lecturer immediately outlined the main criteria for employment as a pilot — professional knowledge, proficiency in English and readiness for an airline interview.
