On 19 March 2026 the Career and Employment Center (CEC), together with a guest psychologist, organised a training briefing for final-year students of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov. — The event was aimed at preparing future specialists for a successful entry into the labour market.

About the meeting

During the meeting participants received practical recommendations on preparing a competitive CV and learned about the key aspects of successfully passing interviews. The psychologist shared advice on stress management, confident self-presentation and effective communication with employers.

Presentation of the employment website

Particular attention was given to the presentation of a new employment website developed specifically for KAI graduates. The platform is targeted at specialists in the aviation sector and provides direct interaction between employers and applicants without intermediaries.
