Speakers and topics

• 1 Senior navigator of the military sector of the Main Air Traffic Management Centre (ГЦ ОрВД) Gazyyev Bektemir — “Procedure for the use of airspace”. The lecturer spoke about the procedure for using controlled airspace (ИВП), conditions, compliance control and flight regimes in the Kyrgyz Republic, demonstrating all aspects of the application of aviation law to students.
• 2 Head of the Civil Sector of the Main Air Traffic Management Centre of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mayrambek Sydykov — “Procedure for the use of air transport”.
• 3 Military sector specialist, Master of MUBP 1-22 Mirlan Narbaev — lecture on “Aviation incidents in the Kyrgyz Republic for the period 1996–2023”.
• 4 On 21 February, Deputy Director of the state enterprise «Кыргызаэронавигация», Baky Kemelbekov, gave a detailed lecture on the activity of the organisation responsible for air traffic service and control of airspace use.
• 5 Marketing specialist and brand manager Nazgul Orozkanova spoke on “Ways to modernise the brand of a large aviation enterprise”, covering logo development and avenues for airport development.
