On 2 March, a guest lecture by aviation veteran Marsel Kashafutdinov on the topic: “On helicopters and the profession of a pilot” took place at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov.

About the speaker

Having flown over 5,000 hours, helicopter pilot Marsel Faizylhakovich worked for more than 17 years as a flight instructor on MI-8 and Mi-24 helicopters, including 10 years in Kyrgyzstan.

Lecture

At the informative lecture, Marsel Faizylhakovich shared his extensive experience in helicopter handling and the nuances of the pilot profession with future aviators. Students asked questions and learned a great deal from the lecture about the profession of a helicopter pilot.
