Following Instruction No. 4-K of the Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 16 May 2023 on additional measures to strengthen efforts to combat and prevent the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in prosecutor's offices of the Kyrgyz Republic in May–June 2023, a training session on "Narcotics: Effects of drugs on health" was held at the I. Abdraimov Kyrgyz Aviation Institute at the initiative of the Kyrgyz Transport Prosecutor's Office with the participation of Senior Assistant to the Kyrgyz Transport Prosecutor I. Sadykov and psychologist A. Beyshekeeva from the Center for Medico-Psychological Assistance to Minors under the Republican Center of Psychiatry and Narcology. During the event, Senior Assistant I. Sadykov addressed students on the effects of narcotic substances on the body and the penalties imposed by law enforcement agencies for use and distribution. Video clips and presentations were shown, and participants' questions were answered.
