Golovchenko — took part in a meeting of the Coordinating Council under the Interstate Aviation Committee (Moscow) on the training of aviation specialists.

On 4 October 2018 employees of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov — Deputy Director A. T. Osmonaliev and Chair of the Cycle Commission of Special Disciplines S. A. Golovchenko — took part in a meeting of the Coordinating Council under the Interstate Aviation Committee (Moscow) on the training of aviation specialists. Golovchenko S. A. delivered a report on improving the training of state aviation inspectors to maintain the flight training of aircraft. Also, on 5 October 2018 they took part in the ceremonial event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Yegoryevsk Aviation Technical College named after V. P. Chkalov.
