On 17 September, Mr Jacques Veian, Director for International Cooperation at the French Civil Aviation Authority, and Mr Michel Choven, Representative of the National School of Civil Aviation in Toulouse, visited the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov, where they met with the institute's leadership, faculty and students.

Guests from France noted that actions to develop the country’s only aviation educational institution are appropriate. Points of convergence were found across all aspects of the negotiations; matters of support for the institute were taken into account and, as the head of the delegation assured, they will look for possible solutions.
