On 5 October 2018, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the National Centre for Children and Youth "Seitek" — organised by the Civil Aviation community of the Kyrgyz Republic and attended by Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic Nogoybaev Zh.A. and deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

On 5 October 2018, a ceremonial event dedicated to the 85th anniversary of Civil Aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic was held at the National Centre for Children and Youth "Seitek", organised by the Civil Aviation community of the Kyrgyz Republic and attended by Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic Nogoybaev Zh.A. and deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. Teachers and students of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov took part in the ceremony. Students of the Aviation Institute prepared a concert programme.
