a) applicants applying for pilot or dispatcher specialties should approach the Institute's medical officer to obtain a referral to the Medical and Flight Expert Commission (MFEC).
VLEC conducts medical examination and verification of professional and psychological compliance with the chosen specialty.

- Document on basic general education (certificate of completion of 9th grade or certificate), original;
- Medical certificate No. 086/u with a fluorographic picture;
- Certificates from psycho-neurological and narcological dispensaries;
- 6 photos 3x4;
- Passport
- Document on military duty (enrollment certificate or military card).
