Selection and enrollment of applicants for programs of secondary vocational education in the current year is carried out through the Automated Information System "Applicant Online" on the following website https://2020.edu.gov.kg/spuz/

Additional Requirements:

Applicants applying for pilot or dispatcher specialties should approach the institute's medical officer for a referral to the Medical and Flight Expert Commission (MFEC).

VLEC conducts medical examination and verification of professional and psychological compliance with the chosen specialty.

List of documents:

• Document on basic general education (certificate of completion of 9th grade or certificate), original;
• 6 photos 3x4;
• Passport
• Document on military duty (enrollment certificate or military card).
