Education Portal Management Center

The Educational Portal Management Center (EPMC) functions on the basis of the requirements of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic from April 5, 2024 № 90 "On Approval of the Concept of Digital Transformation of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024-2028". TSUOP defines the procedure and conditions for managing the information automated system of information and educational resources and tools that provide the conditions of the teaching staff for the implementation of basic educational programs of higher, postgraduate, secondary professional education in the Avia Institute.

The main tasks of the educational portal management center in the sphere of educational and production activities are:

Ensuring the implementation of management of information automated system of information and educational resources and learning management tools;
Creation of information environment and conditions for information support of the educational management activity at the Aviation Institute: systematization and streamlining of information flows;
Modernization of the learning management infrastructure;
Development of methodology and technology for creating e-learning courses and testing system to support the process of retraining and professional development;
Directorate of Informatization and Digitalization in Education - informatization of the Aviainstitut, understood as the creation and use of information computer systems and technologies in various areas of its activities, as well as the process of organizing work with information, which is seen as a representation of knowledge and messages about the professional activities of faculty, staff and students of the Aviainstitut;
Informatization of the system of educational services is understood as a long-term purposeful and organized process of changes, oriented to provide the sphere of education with methodology, technology and practice of development and effective use of modern constantly updated information and communication technologies in the educational process and in educational management systems;
Information and technical support of the external educational portal www.avn.kai.kg with educational and methodical complexes (UMK), various types of training, laboratory and practical classes, current control, intermediate certification of students through direct interaction between teachers and students.
