Scholarship and social support
Scholarship
Scholarships are awarded to students studying at the expense of the budget, on a full-time basis on basic vocational education programs with a study period of 2 years and 10 months. The procedure for awarding scholarships is determined by the RPC Resolution No. 261 of June 17,2005►
Social support
Social support is provided to:
- low-income students,
- students who find themselves in a difficult life situation,
- students who actively participate in social, scientific and sports activities of the university.
Decisions on social support are considered at the meeting of the Commission on Social Issues on the basis of the student's application. Material support is provided to full-time students.

Dormitory
The dormitory provides conditions for comfortable living, independent study and recreation of students.
The dormitory is provided to accommodate non-resident students of the institute and college during the period of study. First of all, a place in the dormitory is provided to orphans and other categories of persons entitled to benefits under the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The total area of the dormitory is 1000 m2 There are 146 beds.
Places in the dormitory are allocated by the commission on social issues.

Benefit
The amount of the discount and the period of study for which the benefit is granted is determined by the Benefits Commission.
Grounds for the commission's consideration of the granting of a benefit:
- achievements, special successes of the student in academic, creative, sports, social, scientific activities,
- the birth of a child to a student,
- The loss of a parent, breadwinner, or spouse of the student,
- fire in the student's residence,
