Union

The trade union of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov was founded in 1975.

The main task of the trade union committee is to protect labor, social, economic, spiritual rights and interests of trade union members.

Union:

- monitors the administration's compliance with labor legislation,

- acts against infringement of workers' rights, unlawful dismissals, and worsening of working conditions,

- provides social support and protection.

In agreement with the trade union, a system of labor remuneration and forms of material incentives is established, which is approved by the regulation on bonuses.

The trade union body shall have the right to demand termination of the employment contract or removal of an official if he or she violates labor laws or fails to comply with an obligation under a collective bargaining agreement.

The Trade Union Committee of the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I. Abdraimov on behalf of the labor collective updated the collective agreement with the employer in 2020 and monitors the implementation of the agreement.

The funds of the union members' contributions are distributed according to the regulations for the needs of the Institute's employees, as well as for the celebration of veterans' anniversaries and bonus incentives for employees.

In 2020, in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic, the trade union of the institute allocated 70 thousand soms to the employees of the institute for medicines and personal protective equipment.

As of the beginning of 2021, 132 employees of the institute are members of the union.
